My Purple Mat and Ball You Man are teaming up for Stronger Together, a Strength, Mobility & Wellness Program designed to help you build strength, improve balance and mobility, move with confidence, and stay active.
But Stronger Together is about more than exercise.
Life keeps moving and so do we. We all face different challenges, different seasons, and different starting points. Sometimes the hardest part is simply deciding to keep going.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Stronger Together is about creating a community where we encourage one another, challenge ourselves, celebrate progress, and discover what we’re capable of together.
Whether you’re already active, haven’t exercised in years, or simply want to feel stronger doing the things you love, come as you are. Exercises can be modified to meet you where you are.
